• OpenAI / Anthropic: AI processing (paper relevance evaluation, summary generation, search query translation, etc.)
• Stripe: Payment processing

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Please note that users' information may be stored on servers in the United States in connection with the use of these services. Academic paper metadata (author names, affiliations, etc.) obtained from OpenAlex / arXiv is public domain data under the CC0 license.

Search queries and paper data sent to OpenAI / Anthropic are not used for training AI models, in accordance with each company's API policies.

6. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies to improve user experience and enhance the Service. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Users' personal information is retained for the period necessary to provide the Service. When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period. However, information that is required by law to be retained will be kept for the prescribed period.

Search queries are retained for a certain period for service improvement and usage analysis. Search history is deleted when the account is deleted.

• Non-Retention of Payment Information: Credit card information is not stored on our servers; processing is delegated to the payment service provider (Stripe)

However, we cannot guarantee complete security on the Internet.
